We're working with an established Oakland-based CPA firm looking to add both a Tax Senior and Tax Manager to its growing team. You'll work with a diverse client base that includes closely held businesses, high-net-worth individuals, nonprofits, private foundations, real estate clients, and trusts and estates . Depending on your level, you'll be responsible for preparing and reviewing complex tax returns, researching technical tax issues, contributing to practical tax planning and working directly with clients and senior leadership. What we're looking for We're keen to speak with Tax professionals who are: Experienced in public accounting tax . Comfortable preparing and/or reviewing income tax returns. Intellectually curious and interested in solving complex tax issues. Strong communicators who enjoy working directly with clients. Looking for a challenging but supportive environment where they can grow. For the Tax Manager level, a CPA and significant public accounting experience are strongly preferred, along with a demonstrated ability to research complex tax matters and deliver practical planning solutions.
