Early Childhood Preschool Aides Needed in North OC! $25/hour, Weekly Pay!!

We are seeking On-Call dedicated and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher Assistant to join our team in the Orange County area! This position does require flexibility as you would be working at different school sites. As a Preschool Teacher Assistant you will play a vital role in supporting the lead teacher in creating a nurturing and educational environment for young children. You will assist in implementing age-appropriate curriculum, supervising activities, and ensuring the safety and well-being of the children. + Must have at least 2-5 days available from Monday - Friday each week + Must be available anytime between 7:30am-4pm (if not called by 8:45am, the day is yours)

Responsibilities:

+ Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing educational activities and lesson plans. + Supervise and engage with children during playtime, both indoors and outdoors. + Support the lead teacher in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment. + Provide individualized attention to children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. + Assist with daily routines, including snack time, nap time, and bathroom breaks. + Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns. + Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

+ 12 + units of Early Childhood Education (ECE) (required). + College credits (required). + High school diploma (required). + Previous experience working with young children is preferred. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with children. + Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Pay Range:

+ $22-$25/hour , per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
