Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role involves engaging with toddlers and preschool-aged children, implementing age-appropriate activities, and ensuring a safe and supportive classroom atmosphere. Duties Develop and implement lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration. Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a positive learning environment. Provide care for infants and toddlers as needed, ensuring their safety and well-being. Engage with students in meaningful ways to support their individual learning needs. Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom space that encourages exploration. Observe and assess children's development, documenting progress in line with educational standards. Support children with special education needs by adapting activities to meet diverse learning requirements. Administer first aid as necessary while following safety protocols. Qualifications Proven experience in Infant, preschool and/or daycare settings is preferred. Strong skills in classroom management and behavior management techniques. Experience working with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children is essential. Minimum of 12 core
