KinderCare's Downtown Palo Alto center is seeking dedicated Teachers to nurture and inspire young children through developmentally appropriate, play-based learning. In this on-site role, you will create engaging lesson plans, support social-emotional growth, and ensure a safe, inclusive classroom. You'll partner closely with families, track developmental milestones, and collaborate with a supportive team. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe and document children's developmental progress. Communicate regularly with families about child growth and classroom activities. Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards. Collaborate with center staff on curriculum and center events. Support children's social-emotional development and positive behavior. Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations.
