Job Description
KinderCare is seeking Teachers for our Petaluma center to nurture and educate young children in a caring, engaging environment. In this role, you will plan and lead developmentally appropriate activities, support social-emotional and early academic skills, and ensure children's safety and well-being each day. You will partner closely with families, communicate progress, and help create an inclusive classroom where every child feels valued. Responsibilities Create and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment. Observe and document children's development and progress. Communicate regularly with families about children's experiences and milestones. Support social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Collaborate with center staff to plan programs and events. Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations. Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
