Responsibilities Assist lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate curriculum and developmental activities for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers Supervise children during playtime, meals, nap times, and outdoor activities to ensure safety and engagement Support classroom management by maintaining a clean, organized environment that promotes learning and safety Communicate effectively with parents about their child's daily experiences, progress, and needs Follow all mandated reporting laws to report any concerns related to child safety or well-being promptly Support children with diapering, feeding, and basic health needs following established procedures Participate in ongoing training on child development instruction, first aid, CPR, and special education practices to enhance your skills Skills Experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or classroom settings Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Certification in first aid and CPR (including pediatric first aid) is highly desirable Ability to work effectively with children with disabilities or special needs using inclusive teaching strategies Strong communication skills for parent interaction and teamwork within the daycare environment Classroom experience managing young children's behaviors through positive guidance techniques Familiarity with mandated reporting laws to ensure compliance with child safety regulations Experience caring for infants and toddlers, including diapering and feeding routines Ability to maintain patience, flexibility, and enthusiasm in a fast-paced setting Join us to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children while developing your skills in early childhood education.
