This role involves providing high-quality care and educational support across various classrooms, including infants and preschoolers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for child development, experience working with young children, and the ability to adapt to different classroom environments. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a nurturing learning environment while gaining valuable experience in early childhood education. Responsibilities Support classroom management and behavior management strategies to foster a positive learning environment. Provide attentive toddler care, including feeding, diapering, and ensuring safety during activities. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment in compliance with health and safety standards. Communicate effectively with children and team members regarding daily activities and developmental progress. Adapt quickly to different classroom settings as needed, supporting teachers across various age groups from infants to preschoolers. Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings is preferred. Knowledge of childhood development principles, classroom management techniques, and behavior management strategies. Experience with curriculum development, literacy education, Montessori methods, or standardized testing is a plus. Background in early childhood education or related fields such as special education or early intervention is advantageous. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are essential. Previous classroom experience involving lesson planning, tutoring, or teaching physical education will be considered an asset. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about early childhood education who seek a dynamic position supporting children's growth across multiple age groups while fostering a safe and engaging learning environment.
