KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Mack Road center in Sacramento, CA. In this on-site role, you will create a safe, nurturing classroom where young children can learn, play, and grow. You will design and lead age-appropriate lessons, support social-emotional development, and maintain high standards of safety and care. Partnering closely with families and a collaborative teaching team, you'll help tailor learning experiences to each child's needs while building strong, trusting relationships that support lifelong learning. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe and document children's development and learning milestones. Communicate regularly with families about progress and classroom updates. Support children's social-emotional growth and positive behavior. Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards. Collaborate with center staff on curriculum, events, and center goals. Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations and center policies.
