The Right Track Preschool & Child Care — helping children stay on the right track for a lifetime of learning. •Duties Supervise and engage with children during classroom activities, playtime, meals, and rest periods to promote safety and positive behavior Assist teachers with implementing age-appropriate curriculum and developmental activities that support childhood growth and learning Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity Support children with personal care routines, including diapering, toileting, and feeding as needed Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress, needs, and daily experiences to foster strong partnerships Follow mandated reporting laws to ensure the safety and well-being of all children in accordance with legal requirements Requirements A Minimum of 12-15 Child Development/Early Childhood Education units preferred Prior experience working with young children in preschool, daycare, or childcare settings is preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Certification in first aid and CPR (including pediatric first aid) Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members in a professional manner Classroom management skills to promote positive behavior and a safe learning environment Familiarity with mandated reporting laws related to child safety and abuse prevention Passion for working with children and supporting their growth through engaging activities and compassionate care Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy and expertise help shape bright futures!
