There is also an option to provide support with one rad little infant who may need care on some days at home! Your energetic and nurturing presence will foster a safe, caring, and fun atmosphere where children can explore, learn, and grow. This position offers flexible hours, allowing you to make a meaningful difference while working around your schedule. Whether stepping into the outdoor classroom offering care to a special little baby boy, your energy will help create memorable early childhood experiences rooted in nature and discovery. Duties Supervise and engage children in outdoor that promote exploration, creativity, and social-emotional development in a preschool setting Provide attentive infant care by following individualized routines, including feeding, diapering, soothing, and developmental play Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's daily experiences, milestones, and any concerns Maintain a safe environment by adhering to child supervision best practices and safety protocols such as pediatric first aid and CPR Support classroom management by organizing materials, assisting with transitions, and fostering positive behavior strategies Requirements Prior experience working with children and infants in preschool or daycare settings Knowledge of child development instruction and early childhood education principles Certification in first aid, CPR (Childhood/Infant), and pediatric first aid required or willing to obtain upon hire Strong understanding of classroom management techniques and toddler care practices Excellent communication skills for parent interactions and team collaboration Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work on an on-call basis in the mornings (8:45 am
