Job Description
KinderCare seeks passionate Teachers for our San Dimas-Foothill center to nurture and educate young children. In this role, you will create engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons that support social, emotional, and cognitive growth. You will maintain a safe, inclusive classroom, observe and document children's progress, and communicate regularly with families. Working within KinderCare's collaborative culture, you'll contribute to curriculum planning, follow health and safety standards, and grow your skills with ongoing training and advancement opportunities. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe, document, and communicate children's progress to families. Build positive, collaborative relationships with parents and guardians. Follow health, safety, and licensing regulations and center policies. Support children's social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Collaborate with teaching team and center leadership on classroom goals. Prepare and maintain classroom materials and learning centers.
