Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team for three hours on Friday mornings and other opportunities available. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and creating a safe, nurturing environment for them to learn and grow.Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive care to children in a safe and compassionate manner
- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational activities
- Supervise and monitor children's activities at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress
- Implement behavior management techniques when necessary
Experience:
- Previous experience in caregiving or childcare roles
- Knowledge of childhood development principles
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques
