Key Responsibilities Conduct developmental assessments and provide individualized early intervention services using the Parent Coaching Model Follow and implement each child's Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) Coach caregivers to build their confidence and implement effective daily routines Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including SLPs, OTs, and program supervisors Educate parents and model intervention strategies through play and natural routines Provide services in the child's natural environment (home, daycare, or community) Maintain accurate and timely documentation including session notes, progress summaries, and reports Collect data and track progress toward IFSP goals Uphold confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and state/federal regulations Desired Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Development, Education, Psychology, or related field OR equivalent professional experience Experience with infants and toddlers (0-3) preferred Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance Pass background check, TB test, and provide required immunizations Bilingual (Spanish, Farsi, Tagalog, etc.) a plus!
