Responsibilities Design and implement dynamic lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards that foster curiosity and love of learning Support children's social-emotional development through positive behavior management and classroom routines Facilitate age-appropriate activities Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and independence Adhere to mandated reporting laws and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations including first aid and CPR certifications Skills Experience working with children in early childhood settings Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, curriculum development, and classroom management techniques Ability to develop engaging lesson plans together with team partner Excellent communication skills Ability to manage behavior positively while fostering an inclusive classroom environment Must be a team player and supportive of colleagues

Additional Requirements:
