KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Canyon Country learning center to nurture and inspire young children. In this role, you will create a safe, engaging classroom environment and deliver developmentally appropriate, play-based curriculum that supports social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. You will build strong relationships with families through daily communication, document children's progress, and tailor activities to individual needs. As part of a collaborative, inclusive team, you'll participate in ongoing training and enjoy opportunities for career growth while making a meaningful impact on children's lives every day. Responsibilities Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment for young children. Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, play-based lessons and activities. Supervise children to ensure safety, health, and well-being at all times. Observe and document children's progress and adapt instruction to individual needs. Communicate regularly with families about child development, milestones, and daily experiences. Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and compliance with licensing standards. Collaborate with fellow teachers and center leadership on curriculum and center events. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
