We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Toddler Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a co-teacher to support the care and development of children ranging from 18 months to 2.5 years old . This position offers a valuable opportunity to receive mentorship in infant and toddler care while gaining hands-on classroom experience in a supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with a co-teacher to provide attentive, nurturing care toddlers Support the implementation of age-appropriate activities that promote developmental growth Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment Foster positive relationships with children, families, and team members

Qualifications:

Minimum of 12 Child Development units (Infant/Toddler units required) Valid fingerprint clearance Current First Aid and CPR certification Up-to-date immunizations

Completion of Mandated Child Abuse Reporter Training Preferred Skills and Experience:

Prior experience working with young children in a childcare setting Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood education best practices Effective behavior management using positive reinforcement techniques Excellent classroom management and organizational skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Patience, flexibility, and creativity to meet the diverse needs of children A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred but not required. Relevant experience will be considered.
