The Sonoma County Family YMCA is seeking a Childcare Assistant Director to help lead our school-age childcare program and support children as they develop socially, emotionally, physically, and academically. What You'll Do As the Childcare Assistant Director, you'll work closely with the Site Director to ensure a safe, engaging, and enriching environment for children.
