Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and oversight to the school, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all students
• Develop and implement educational programs that promote academic excellence and meet the needs of diverse learners
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a positive school culture that fosters student engagement and success
• Manage school resources effectively, including budgeting, scheduling, and facilities maintenance
• Communicate regularly with parents and families to build strong partnerships and address any concerns or issues
• Stay up-to-date with current educational trends and research to inform decision-making and improve instructional practices

Qualifications:

• To be enrolled in Child Care ECE Units.
• Previous experience in a leadership role within an educational setting
• Knowledge of curriculum development and assessment practices
