Job Description

Building Kidz is looking for a dependable, flexible, and team-oriented Program Support Staff & Meal Prep team member to join our early childhood education team! This position is an important part of keeping our classrooms and daily program running smoothly. The ideal candidate enjoys working with young children, is willing to jump in and support teachers throughout the day, and takes pride in being a reliable member of the team. What You'll Do Cover teacher breaks and lunch breaks on a daily basis Provide occasional classroom coverage when teachers are on vacation or absent Prepare and assist with daily meals and snacks for the children Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and childcare policies Work collaboratively with teachers, directors, and the entire program team Flexibly support different classrooms and age groups as needed What We're Looking For At least 6 core ECE units completed Currently enrolled in additional ECE coursework or committed to enrolling and beginning coursework Previous experience working with young children preferred Reliable, punctual, and responsible Warm, patient, and nurturing Flexible and comfortable stepping into different classrooms Strong communication and teamwork skills Comfortable assisting with meal preparation Why Building Kidz?
