SUMMARY:
The Early Childhood Educator leads and shares responsibility with parents for planning, organizing, and implementing the care, development, and education of typically and atypically developing children (birth to 5 and pregnant women) with a case load of up to 12 families. Responsible for implementing a quality early education home based curriculum and promote children?s progress across the standards described in the Head Start Early Learning Outcomes Framework. Develop a positive relationship with children, parents, and families.
