https://www.instagram.com/ottofamilyclub We're looking for a Process Art Teacher to lead weekly classes for toddlers & preschoolers, with a focus on natural materials — think clay, wood, leaves, water, sand — and open-ended, child-led exploration. What You'll Do Lead weekly classes rooted in process art and natural materials Set-up and clean-up before and after each class are an essential part of the role. Create a warm space where parents feel included and kids feel free to explore, mess up, and try again Emphasize the journey of making over the final product Collaborate with our team to design activities aligned with Otto's mission Who You Are Experience teaching or leading early childhood art or process-based programs Willingness to learn and grow Comfortable working with natural, tactile materials (and all the mess that comes with them) Familiar with child-led, Reggio-inspired, Montessori, Waldorf, etc., approaches A strong communicator who connects easily with both kids AND parents Excited to help build something new, from scratchSound like you?
