Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Preschool Substitute Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Collaborate with teachers to support curriculum development and curriculum implementation tailored to preschool learners. Follow school policies, mandated reporting laws, and early childhood education standards to ensure compliance and safety. Requirements Prior experience working with young children in preschool or early childhood education settings is highly preferred. Knowledge of classroom management, behavior management, and curriculum development for preschool-aged students. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff. Familiarity with childhood development principles, literacy education, math instruction, and Montessori or other early childhood teaching methods. Experience working with students from diverse cultural backgrounds is a plus.
