Make a Difference in the Lives of Youth. EA Family Services is seeking a compassionate and reliable Child Care Worker to join our Diamond Peak STRTP team. This part-time weekend position plays a vital role in supporting youth ages 13-18 in a structured residential setting. Weekend Day Shift (Friday-Sunday)
Pay:
$19.50-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience OCA #: 185000467 Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day supervision and care for youth ages 13-18. Support residents with daily routines and activities. Transport youth to appointments, activities, and community outings. Assist with meal preparation and household responsibilities. Maintain a safe, supportive, and trauma-informed environment. Communicate effectively with team members, youth, and program staff. Model positive behaviors and appropriate interpersonal skills. Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age . Valid California Driver's License required. Ability to pass DOJ, FBI, and CAIC background clearances . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Why Join EA Family Services?
