KinderCare at Tracy Learning Center is seeking a dedicated Teacher to nurture and inspire young learners in a safe, engaging classroom. In this role, you'll design and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons, support each child's social, emotional, and academic growth, and build strong partnerships with families. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with Kinder Care's curriculum and learning goals. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment that supports each child's social, emotional, and academic growth. Observe, assess, and document children's progress and adjust instruction to meet diverse learning needs. Maintain open, professional communication with families about student progress, behavior, and classroom activities. Implement effective classroom and behavior management strategies to support positive learning experiences. Ensure adherence to all safety, health, and licensing regulations and maintain a clean, organized learning space. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support school-wide programs, events, and continuous improvement. Participate in professional development and training to enhance teaching practices and stay current on best practices in education.
