Christian Preschool | Ages 2-5 | Up to 36 Hours per Week Are you an early riser who loves welcoming children with warmth, energy, and a smile? Bethany Lutheran Preschool is looking for a caring, dependable Preschool Teacher to help open our preschool each morning. This position begins at 6:15 a.m. and plays an important role in creating a safe, calm, and joyful start to each child's day. At Bethany, we believe children learn best through meaningful relationships, hands-on experiences, and the love of Christ. We're looking for someone who is passionate about early childhood education, enjoys working as part of a collaborative team, and is committed to helping young children grow academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually. Responsibilities Open the preschool each morning and welcome children and families. Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment. Implement developmentally appropriate learning activities and curriculum. Foster children's social, emotional, physical, and spiritual development. Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-supervised classroom. Partner with fellow teachers to provide exceptional care and education. Qualifications Minimum of 12 ECE units required. At least 2 years of preschool teaching experience preferred. Reliable, punctual, and able to consistently begin work at 6:15 a.m. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Passion for working with young children in a Christian environment.
