We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a commitment to fostering a safe, nurturing, and educational environment. This role involves caring for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, while promoting their development through engaging activities and positive behavior management. Duties Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times. Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development. Provide care for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children, including feeding, diapering, and nap time. Foster positive relationships with children through play, communication, and support. Manage behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques. Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning and play. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns. Stay current on first aid and CPR certifications to ensure child safety. Requirements Previous experience in daycare, babysitting, nannying, or early childhood education is preferred. Knowledge of child development principles and practices. Ability to create engaging educational activities for various age groups. Strong behavior management skills to address children's needs effectively. Certification in First Aid and CPR Excellent communication skills to interact with children and parents effectively. A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to their well-being.
