Job Description

KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our KinderCare Learning Center at Waterfront Place. In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing classroom where young children explore, learn, and grow. You will design age-appropriate lessons, support social-emotional development, and observe and document each child's progress. Teachers partner closely with families and collaborate with colleagues to maintain a welcoming, inclusive environment aligned with KinderCare's high standards for quality care and early education. This position offers opportunities for professional development and career growth. Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate, standards-aligned lessons for young children. Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe and document children's development and learning progress. Communicate regularly with families about children's growth and daily activities. Collaborate with fellow teachers and center leadership on curriculum and activities. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations. Support social-emotional development and positive behavior guidance. Set up and maintain engaging classroom materials and learning centers.
