Available Shifts:

Monday-Friday 8:30am-11:30am Mon-Thursday 3:30pm-7:30pm Possibly Saturday and Sunday morning shifts in the future Duties Supervise children during various activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Plan and facilitate age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social interaction for toddlers through elementary school-age children Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding their child's day, progress, and any concerns Implement behavior management strategies to foster positive conduct and emotional growth Maintain a clean, organized activity space adhering to safety standards and health regulations Assist with diapering, feeding, and basic childcare needs for preschoolers and infants as required Follow mandated reporting laws to report any signs of neglect or abuse promptly and appropriately Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare, babysitting, nannying, or youth programs is highly preferred Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Experience caring for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children in various settings Familiarity with activity planning tailored to different age groups to encourage engagement and learning Certification in First Aid and CPR is required; ongoing training in childhood safety is a plus Ability to communicate effectively with parents, children, and team members while maintaining professionalism Understanding of behavior management techniques suitable for young children and early childhood environments Join us to inspire young minds through energetic engagement and compassionate care! Pay:
