Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced teacher to join our rapidly growing childcare center. As a Lead Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for our daycare students. Your passion for early childhood education and the well-being of young children will contribute to the growth and development of our infant, toddler, twaddler, prepper or Pre-K/Preschool students.

Duties:

• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that are provided to you
• Provide individualized instruction to meet the unique needs of each student
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure the success of each student
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance
• Foster a love of learning through engaging and interactive teaching methods
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all students in the classroom

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Patience, compassion, and empathy when working with students
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Previous experience in childcare or classroom settings is preferred
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
