KinderCare is seeking a Senior Teacher to lead classrooms and inspire young learners in our early childhood education programs. You will design and deliver developmentally appropriate curriculum, model best teaching practices, and mentor junior staff. Responsibilities include ensuring a safe, nurturing environment, building strong family partnerships, observing and assessing children's progress, and maintaining compliance with state and center standards. You'll collaborate with center leadership on program improvement while supporting an inclusive, growth-minded culture for children and colleagues.
