PARK SCHOOL DISTRICT R-3 JOB POSTING PRESCHOOL - EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION TEACHER 2026 - 2027

Estes Park Elementary School seeks a talented and ambitious educator to join our team as we expand our preschool program which aims to serve students in an inclusive classroom setting.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in education or related field Possess, or be eligible to obtain prior to working, a Colorado teacher's license with an endorsement in early childhood or elementary education Is committed to positively impacting student achievement Ability to document and use observations to guide instruction Effectively manages the learning environment Has an understanding and appreciation for diversity Has effective interpersonal skills Demonstrates commitment to continuous learning Literate in using technology to enhance instruction and communication Differentiates instruction to meet the needs of all learners, including special education, English Language Learners, and Gifted-Talented students Effectively collaborates with colleagues and provide multi-modal, multi-sensory lessons Builds positive and trusting relationships with students and their families

PREFERRED

Master's degree in education, early childhood, or special education Early Childhood Special Education endorsement Familiarity and experience with Teaching Strategies Gold Bilingual/Spanish speaker
