Foster each child's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Build strong, professional relationships with families through daily communication. Complete observations and developmental assessments. Lead classroom routines while maintaining licensing compliance. Mentor and support Assistant Teachers within your classroom. Collaborate with leadership and fellow teachers to create an exceptional learning experience. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom.
