Job Description

The Child Development Center of Branford is looking for a caring, energetic, and dependable teacher to join out team! We are currently hiring for our toddler classroom and are looking for someone who enjoys creating a positive, engaging environment where children can learn and grow. This position is currently scheduled for: Monday through Friday 7am-4:30pm. What you'll do: Create a safe, nurturing and engaging classroom environment Support children through daily routines and age-appropriate activities Encourage social, emotional, and developmental growth Communicate positively with children, families, and team members Work collaboratively with teachers and staff Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment What we are looking for: Experience working with young children (daycare or early childhood experience preferred) Dependable, patient and team-oriented Strong communication skills and a positive attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced classroom environment Passion for helping children learn, grow, and thrive
Preferred Qualifications:
CPR and First Aid Certification Child Development Associate Certification preferred Previous experience in a daycare, preschool, or early childhood setting is a plus Why Join our team?
