KinderCare is seeking Teachers for our Cromwell center to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for young children. In this role, you will design and lead developmentally appropriate lessons that nurture each child's social, emotional, and cognitive growth. You will build strong relationships with families through regular communication and progress updates. Working collaboratively with a supportive team, you'll maintain licensing and safety standards while participating in ongoing training. Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe and document children's progress and adapt learning plans as needed. Communicate regularly with families about children's development and classroom activities. Collaborate with center staff to support center goals and high-quality care. Ensure compliance with state licensing standards and Kinder Care policies. Support children's social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
