Guarantee Hours:
40 hrs/week
Salary Range:
Up to $32/hr
Job Duties:
Provide daily living support to 6-8 individuals with intellectual disabilities. Assist with medication-related and personal care needs. Monitor residents' comfort, safety, medical, and nutritional needs. Support development of daily living and independence skills. Assist with meals, housekeeping, laundry, and other routine activities. Provide emotional support and advocacy.
Requirements:
CT Certified Medication Aide required. Minimum 2 years of experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid U.S. driver's license where applicable. Comfortable with physical activities including standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Must be able to work assigned shifts and every other weekend. Local CT candidates preferred.
Pay:
$30.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
