Qualifications Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings such as preschools or daycare centers. Knowledge of childhood development stages, and classroom management techniques. Strong classroom management skills coupled with excellent communication skills to effectively engage children and communicate with parents. Knowledge of social-emotional learning.
