Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times respond promptly to emergencies or incidents within the classroom. Collaborate with colleagues to plan activities that enhance overall child welfare and physical development. Qualifications Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings such as preschools or daycare centers. Knowledge of childhood development stages, and classroom management techniques. Strong classroom management skills coupled with excellent communication skills to effectively engage children and communicate with parents. Knowledge of social-emotional learning. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude focused on child welfare and educational excellence.
