At Grace Daycare & Learning Center, we take pride in our tradition of providing high-quality early childhood education since 2017. We are currently seeking a Lead Teacher to guide and inspire our classrooms while supporting the development of both students and fellow teachers. A Lead Teacher plays a critical role in shaping educational experiences, coordinating with administration, teachers, and parents, and ensuring that each child receives personalized support.
Lead Teacher Duties and Responsibilities:
Conducting their own classes while incorporating the needs and preferences of teachers, administration, and parents into educational plans. Meeting with parents to discuss student goals, progress, and needs. Coordinating with administration to create individualized education plans for students. Observing other teachers' classes to provide constructive feedback and alternative teaching strategies. Assisting teachers in lesson planning and solving instructional challenges. Tracking and evaluating student progress to identify growth and areas needing attention.
Lead Teacher Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication and strong teaching abilities. Leadership and organizational skills. Empathy and the ability to make thoughtful decisions. Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
