Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Supervise children and ensure adherence to all safety and health standards. Observe, document, and communicate children's progress to families. Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and teammates. Collaborate with center staff to support center goals and enrichment programs. Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and learning materials. Participate in training and professional development to enhance teaching practices.
