Job Description
KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Manchester Spring center to provide nurturing, developmentally appropriate care and education for young children. In this on-site role, you will create a safe, engaging classroom, design play-based lessons, and support each child's social, emotional, and cognitive growth. You will partner closely with families, collaborate with a diverse and supportive team, and uphold all licensing and safety standards. Responsibilities Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment for young children. Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, play-based lessons and activities. Supervise children at all times, ensuring health, safety, and well-being. Observe and document children's growth and development to inform instruction. Communicate regularly and professionally with families about child progress. Collaborate with center staff to support school-wide programs and events. Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety regulations. Follow Kinder Care policies and state licensing requirements.
