We are opening a new classroom and looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking Infant or Toddler Teacher to join our team. If you have experience with children, a passion for early childhood education, and a love for what you do, we would love to meet you!

Classroom Environment & Structure Classroom Ratios:

Both infant and toddler rooms maintain a 1:4 ratio, working alongside a co-teacher with up to 8 children total.

Schedule Options:

Full-time (40 hours/week) with flexible scheduling—either five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days, based on center needs.

Key Responsibilities Core duties for both Infant and Toddler roles include: Designing and implementing engaging daily lesson plans Conducting weekly and monthly developmental assessments Supporting key developmental milestones through play and active exploration Maintaining regular communication with families in person and via our center app Managing daily care needs, including changing diapers

Role-Specific Focus Areas:

Infant Room:

Bottle feeding and introducing solid foods

Toddler Room:
