This position would be for a loving teacher for children under the age of three. If you have a passion for nurturing little ones during their most important developmental years, we'd love to meet you! We're looking for someone patient, energetic, creative, and committed to providing a safe, loving, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive!
Qualifications:
Experience working with infants and/or toddlers preferred Warm, nurturing, and positive attitude Reliable, professional, and a strong team player Excellent communication skills with children, families, and coworkers Must meet Connectciut Office of Early Childhood requirements(or be willing to obtain required training) Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans tailored to the developmental stages of children under 3 years or over 3 years, incorporating early literacy, numeracy, physical activity, and social skills. Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration, independence, and positive behavior management.
