Provide attentive toddler care, ensuring safety, comfort, and emotional support for each child. Manage classroom activities that promote childhood development, including sensory play, physical movement, and social interaction. Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning environment conducive to exploration and growth. Collaborate with families to communicate children's progress, behavioral management strategies, and individualized learning plans. Incorporate Montessori principles and other educational philosophies to enhance early childhood education experiences. Support children's welfare by adhering to childcare standards, health protocols, and safety regulations at all times. Qualifications Prior classroom experience working with infants or toddlers in daycare or preschool settings is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of childhood development milestones and early intervention methods. Experience with curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching physical education activities for young children. Familiarity with special education needs and behavior management techniques tailored for infants. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, families, and team members. Background in early childhood education or related certifications such as Montessori training is advantageous. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while demonstrating patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young learners.
