Job Description :
As a Toddler Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment for children aged 1-3 years. You will plan and implement age-appropriate activities that foster development in social, emotional, physical, and cognitive areas. You will also work closely with parents to ensure the well-being and progress of each child. Develop and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum for toddlers Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment Observe and assess children's progress and developmental milestones Communicate with parents about their child's development Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff Attend staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities Comply with all licensing requirements and company policies
Requirements :
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) Previous experience working with toddlers or young children (preferred) Strong understanding of child development Excellent communication skills Ability to work as part of a team and independently CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Passion for early childhood education and working with young children
