This role supports the Center Director in overseeing daily operations, including supervising/managing staff, coordinating schedules, ensuring classroom coverage, record keeping, developing and maintaining positive relationship with customers, maintaining compliance with state licensing and academy policies. The Assistant Director will help manage enrollment, conduct tours for prospective families, and serve as a primary point of contact for parent inquiries and concerns. The role also involves maintaining documentation, overseeing health and safety procedures, and contributing to a positive, professional culture for children, families, and team members.
