Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early childhood education and developmental milestones Create a warm, welcoming classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, exploration, and social interaction Supervise children during activities, playtime, meals, naps, and outdoor excursions to ensure safety at all times Support children with special needs by adapting activities and providing personalized care in collaboration with specialists when necessary Maintain accurate records of children's progress, behavior management notes, and daily activities Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's development, achievements, and any concerns Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including first aid procedures and sanitation standards Skills
