Previous preschool/childcare experience or a degree in Early Childhood Education is required. We are looking for a dependable, enthusiastic, and nurturing teacher who is passionate about working with young children and creating a positive, engaging classroom environment.
The ideal candidate will:
Have previous experience working with preschool aged children and/or a degree in Early Childhood Education. Be reliable, responsible, and dependable Have a genuine love for working with children Create a warm, nurturing, and supportive classroom environment Plan and implement age appropriate activities that encourage learning, creativity, and exploration Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development Follow daily classroom routines and maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment Communicate effectively and professionally with families, children, and fellow staff members Work well as part of a team and be willing to assist other classrooms when needed Demonstrate patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude Maintain professionalism and follow all daycare policies, procedures, and state licensing requirements Be committed to providing high-quality care and education to every child At Busy Bee, we believe children learn best when they feel safe, loved, supported, and excited to explore .
