Job Description
Do you have a passion for helping children learn, grow, and thrive? Little Lambs & Ivy is looking for caring, dependable, and energetic educators to join our team! We are currently hiring both full-time and part-time teachers for classrooms serving children from infancy through preschool. What We're Looking For Warm, nurturing, and positive attitude Reliable and dependable attendance Team-oriented with strong communication skills Ability to create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment Willingness to learn and grow professionally Must meet Connecticut OEC requirements (or be eligible to do so) Schedule Requirements We are hiring both full-time and part-time positions. Because we serve families throughout the day, all applicants must have the flexibility to work varying shifts between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM based on the needs of the center. Availability to work until 6:00 PM is required , even if you are not scheduled to close every day. Hours may vary week to week depending on staffing and enrollment needs.
