The ideal candidate will support the lead teacher in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children, fostering their growth and development. This role involves working closely with students, assisting in curriculum implementation, and ensuring a positive classroom atmosphere. Duties Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum. Support the educational needs of children, including those with disabilities, ensuring an inclusive learning environment. Manage classroom activities and maintain a structured environment conducive to learning. Provide care for toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being during school hours. Facilitate literacy and math activities that promote early childhood education. Observe and assess student progress, providing feedback to the lead teacher on individual development. Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate student progress and address any concerns. Maintain a clean and organized classroom space that encourages exploration and creativity. Skills Experience in a private school setting is preferred. Strong background in of curriculum development. Proficient in classroom management techniques to create an effective learning environment. Ability to work effectively with children of varying abilities, including those with disabilities. Experience in toddler care and understanding of developmental milestones. Familiarity with literacy education strategies to enhance reading skills among young learners. Basic math foundational concepts.
