We care for infants and toddlers in a warm, nurturing environment, and we are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children and being part of their daily learning and development.

Pay:

$17/hour Responsibilities Provide attentive, loving, and developmentally appropriate care to infants and toddlers Assist with daily activities, meals, diapering, nap time, and outdoor play Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized childcare environment Participate in age-appropriate learning activities that support children's development Follow all daycare policies, health and safety procedures, and state requirements Communicate professionally and respectfully with the daycare provider and families Step in as a substitute when needed Qualifications Must meet Connecticut requirements to work as a childcare assistant/substitute Experience working with infants and toddlers preferred Must be dependable, punctual, patient, and nurturing Must enjoy working with young children CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain, if applicable) Must be able to pass all required background checks and meet applicable Connecticut childcare requirements This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a small, family-oriented childcare setting and wants a part-time schedule.
