KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Torrington learning center in the Educational Services industry. In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing classroom where young children learn through play-based, developmentally appropriate activities. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, observe and document child progress, and partner closely with families. Responsibilities Plan and implement age-appropriate, play-based curriculum and activities. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Maintain classroom safety, cleanliness, and compliance with regulations. Collaborate with team members to support center-wide goals and routines. Support social-emotional development and positive behavior guidance. Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
